Van Meter Health is an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield Iowa (Wellmark). We are currently in the process of becoming credentialed with additional major insurance providers. At this time, visits with other plans are considered out-of-network; however, we can provide a superbill for patients wishing to submit claims based on their out-of-network benefits.
Competitive self-pay rates are available. HSA/FSA accepted.
